General Provisions
Purpose of These Terms
These terms and conditions set out the legally binding agreement between nv88 and players who use the nv88 platform and its services. By opening an account and using our services after reading this page, players are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.
nv88 may amend these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised. Players must review these terms each time they access the platform.
Service Availability
nv88 services are provided for players in Myanmar. Players are personally responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations of their local jurisdiction. nv88 is not responsible for any issues arising from users who attempt to access the platform from regions where online gaming is restricted.
Account Registration & Management
One Account Per Player Policy
Each player may only register one account on nv88. If a single player is found to have opened more than one account —
- The additional accounts will be closed immediately,
- Any bonus funds received on those accounts will be voided,
- Withdrawals from the secondary account will be put on hold.
Account Information Accuracy
Players must provide accurate personal information when registering an account. Accounts opened with false or fabricated information may have withdrawals restricted and will be subject to verification.
If your personal details change, you must notify us immediately via nv88 Live Chat. nv88 is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to update your information.
Account Security
Players must keep their account login details (username and password) secure and must not share them with any third party. Players are solely responsible for all financial transactions made from their account.

Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on the nv88 platform is 10,000 Ks for all deposit methods. Accepted payment methods are —

All deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK). Players should be aware that the time it takes for funds to appear in their account after a deposit is not solely our responsibility — it depends on the payment gateway settings and the processing speed of the payment method used. The payment platforms themselves are responsible for any minor delays that may occur.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. The amount requested for withdrawal must not exceed the player's available Kyat balance.
Withdrawals are normally completed within 1 hour of the request being confirmed. Players should note that if additional verification is required, it may take longer.
- Account verification may be required for withdrawals,
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit,
- Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
On their first deposit, players will receive a bonus equal to 100% of the deposited amount, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.
Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Examples —
- If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. You must wager 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks,
- If you deposit 420,000 Ks, you receive a 200,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 620,000 Ks. You must wager 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks,
- The bonus is applied once only and is available for the first deposit only,
- The wagering requirement cannot be completed through counter bets or by players playing against each other.
VIP Cashback Program
nv88 has 5 VIP tiers, and players move up based on their play history and activity.
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
The cashback bonus is calculated and awarded by nv88 once a week based on the player's VIP tier and play history.
If Bonus Rules Are Not Followed
If nv88 finds that a player has abused a bonus or exploited a promotion —
- The bonus amount and any winnings from it will be voided,
- The player's account may be suspended or closed,
- Payments may be restricted.
Player Responsibilities and Restrictions
Player Commitments
By accessing the nv88 platform, players agree to the following —
- You confirm that you are 21+ years of age and are playing with your own funds,
- That the personal information you have provided is accurate,
- That you will not engage in hacking, exploitation, or collusion,
- That you will not exploit any software bugs — and that if you discover one, you will report it to nv88 immediately.
Prohibited Activities
Players may not engage in the following activities on the nv88 platform —
- Money laundering or handling funds obtained illegally,
- Providing false personal information,
- Players colluding with each other to claim bonuses (collusion),
- Using software bots or automated software,
- Copying, distributing, or modifying the platform's source code.
nv88 Responsibilities and Limitations
Service Interruptions
nv88 may temporarily suspend services due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control. If players have active bets at the time of such an interruption, those bets will be handled in accordance with nv88's policy.
nv88 is not responsible for any losses caused by internet connection disruptions — players are solely responsible for their own internet connection.
Game Decisions and Final Rulings
Results in nv88's games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness. All final decisions regarding results are made by nv88's system and shall be considered final and binding.
If any erroneous payouts occur due to technical faults, players agree that nv88 has the right to reclaim those funds.
Account Suspension and Closure
nv88 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account in the following cases —
- If a violation of these terms and conditions is found,
- If there is suspected fraudulent activity,
- If the player requests suspension or closure themselves (as responsible gambling),
- If the player fails an age verification check for being under 21.
If a suspension or closure occurs, the player's cash balance will be returned after review (with bonuses removed), but any decisions regarding bonuses will be made solely at nv88's discretion.
